Orders in the web shop can only be placed only by adults, thus the pharmacy disclaims liability in the case of possible abuse by juveniles, as well as in the case of entry of incorrect or incomplete information for product delivery. All legitimate claims will be considered within 8 days of the receipt of the product.

Pursuant to article 57, paragraph 1, item 8 and Article 72, paragraph 1, item 1 of the Croatian Law on consumer protection (Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 41/2014 and 110/2015 and subsequent amendments), the online buyer has the right to terminate the contract concluded outside business premises (online purchase) without the obligation of stating the reasons for the one-off termination (ie remittance), with subsequent reshipment of the purchased goods and refund (for goods purchased, not shipment expences in case the latter were charged), within 14 days of the date of purchase. In the case of the use of this right, the consumer (buyer), in accordance with article 57, paragraph 1, item 9 of the same Law, will bear the costs of returning the purchased goods in full. First of all, in our web shop it is possible to place an order as "guest" (buyer without registration). In this way, no personal data is colllected nor stored on the server, but exclusively on our computers and will be used only for the correct delivery of the ordered products.
